Most projects use a 50% deposit to begin and 50% due at delivery. Larger projects may be split into milestone payments. All payments are processed through an encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Yes. Every project includes a defined revision window and a post-launch support period. Additional changes after that window can be handled as a paid add-on or through our Digital Growth retainer plans.
Yes — SOFTECIA works with clients across the US and internationally. All communication, contracts, and invoicing are handled in English and USD unless otherwise agreed.
Once a project is paid in full, you receive full ownership of the final deliverables — source files, code, and design assets — as outlined in your project agreement.
Yes. Our Digital Growth Services include website and app maintenance retainers starting at $99/month, covering updates, monitoring, and technical support.
You can cancel at any stage. Refunds for work not yet performed are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
